A customer from Austria reached us in July 2018.
Our client who makes PPC campaigns for sellers on Amazon recommended us.

We have successfully identified and corrected a critical error for her that another designer made while preparing the packaging for printing. Our new client trusted the recommendation of our regular customer. His startup needed to launch the product quickly on the US market, make a premium design in order to stand out among similar products with an ordinary one, as well as sell successfully and provide better services in this segment.

Easygiraffe is a reseller who sells home physical therapy equipment on Amazon FBA.

The customer put the idea of the main purpose of the device for stretching the neck in the brand's name. The giraffe's long neck together with the playful name should attract the attention of a young audience.

However, Easygiraffe is a brand of not a single product, but of a number of devices used to correct the spine, back, neck and posture. To associate the logo with the brand, we were looking for a profitable combination of illustration and font name, which would be harmoniously combined with each other.

In terms of examples for the future logo, the customer drew attention to the identity of such brands as Mastercard, WWF, Toblerone, Nasa, Dunkin 'Donuts.

Concerning colors, the priority was given to blue, green, orange, gray, white, pink and rose.

After developing the logo, we started preparing the script for the upcoming photo shoot. The customer needed photos to be used on the packaging, instructions, website, social media, and Amazon page.

Since the target audience of the product is quite wide (25-55 years), the models of different gender, age and weight category took part in the photo shoot.

The end result was to demonstrate that the product is suitable for different groups of people who have problems with the constant overload of the cervical muscles and spine in general.

We did the photo shoot in parallel with the shooting of the video, as it saves the client's budget, so he does not have to pay extra for renting the location and the models' work.

The main task of shooting was to make preliminary video instructions for two products: Neck Traction Device & Lacrosse Massage Ball.

To achieve this premium feeling, we chose an expensive narrator, that enhanced the perception of the product's value, and added graphic elements to the video.

In particular, the computer graphics were used to visualize the relevant muscle groups involved in the respective exercises with this device.

The next step after the photo and video shooting was packaging.

We had already had a ready logo, as well as photo content for product illustration, use of devices and general instructions.

Final
In the final version of the packaging design, instead of a photo instruction on the side, as well as in the booklet, we added a QR code that can be scanned in order to view the detailed video instructions on the official Easygiraffe YouTube channel.

We have also developed stylized icons that make the packaging even more unique and balanced.

Results of 3-month cooperation
A new premium-class visual brand was created, which allowed a cheap product to stand out and become unique in its niche.

A visual presentation of the product on Amazon and a properly configured PPC campaign allowed to sell 30-40 units of goods per day during the first month.

Thanks to our timely testing and proper product presentation, 88% of reviews were positive.

Due to the fact that the product was positioned in the premium segment, this made it possible to make its value higher than its competitors and, accordingly, increase the margin.
